Go Fresh caters to the high volume Customers and Growers, as well as direct to Retailers, feel free to contact us to see if our service can help your
business, we will always try to assist or
recommend a supplier more suited.
How do I place my order?
There are 5 easy steps to placing your order.
1. Browse the site and familiarise yourself with our service.
2. Click on the 'Go Fresh Direct' button.
3. Enter the number of serves you require in the quantity column to the left of your selected products.
4. Enter your details** and Click on the Proceed to Checkout button.
5. Check your order and Click on the Submit button.
** Note: If you enter your email address, a copy of your order exactly as we receive it will also be sent to you, this is your absolute confirmation that we
have received your order.
Do I purchase products by numbers or by weight?
Some items are sold by weight, and others by numbers (check the serve unit column on the order form beside each product).
Example: if you would like 1,000kg of Seedless Melon, enter a 2 in the quantity column to receive 2 X 500kg bins.

about DELIVERY Where do you deliver?
We Deliver World Wide, We also deliver to most suburbs in the greater Brisbane area twice daily. You can also arrange to collect your order from our
warehouse at Rocklea any day that suits you, 7 days a week.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery fee is $16.50 inc/GST per pallet space Brisbane Metro. Please contact us re: National and International Freight Rates.
Is there a set delivery time?
Deliveries times are flexible, we can
deliver within 15min time slots provide we have 24hrs notice metro, 24hrs Sydney and 48hrs Melbourne and Adelaide.
What happens on Public Holidays?
We will inform you when any delivery day change is necessary
What do I do with my empty boxes?
Leave them out where your delivery will be placed, and we will collect them for recycling.

about PAYMENT When do I pay for
orders?
1. You can pay in advance by Electronic Funds Transfer, or Direct Debit, or Direct Deposit.
2. All purchases are payment on
delivery, until such time as Commercial Credit Account Application has been completed and
confirmed as approved in writing by
Authorised Representative of Go Fresh. A copy the applicable forms and terms are available under the forms link on our
Downloads Page.

What do I do with any product I am not satisfied with?
As mentioned earlier Go Fresh Guarantees it's product will be as described. Refer to the Conditions of Guarantee Form on the Downloads
Page on the process for Claims and Return Conditions. Any product used or sold becomes the
responsibility of the customer.

pricing is competitive?
90% of GoFresh's product is direct from farm (by passing all double handling and associated fees), during this process and utilising the volume we save on
transport, storage and warehousing. Through this process we can ensure the Quality at a Competitive Price to Grow your Business and that the Grower
receives
correct price for the hard work producing this quality. .

supply organic products?
Currently, we have chosen not to supply organic products as the supply from producers is very erratic. When we are assured of some stability in the market,
we will be able to offer organic products.

about AUTOMATIC DELIVERIES What
are Automatic Deliveries?
An Automatic Delivery enables you to receive your stock either
daily, weekly or fortnightly without having to re-order each time. A form is provided with
your first delivery designed for you to nominate your regular requirements.
What are the advantages of Automatic Deliveries?
Substitutes - If something you like is unavailable, we know what we can include as a replacement
Seasonal Changes - When something new comes into season, we can automatically include for you.
Convenience - There is no need to contact us every week.
Simplicity - We know what you need - the form tells us.
Why do I have to fill in a form?
The form is designed to ensure we know the products you require. It enables you to specify alternatives in case certain products are unavailable, too
expensive, or not up to the Go Fresh quality standards.
Am I committed to a contract?
NO. Just call us by 3pm the day prior your normal delivery day, and you may change or postpone your automatic delivery without any problem.
(Note: call Friday for Monday deliveries)
Do I still select seasonal products on the form?
YES. Select all products you enjoy so when in season we know you would like them in your order.
How often can I change my order?
As often as you need. Most customers find it easiest to set a regular order, for produce they use weekly or fortnightly. They call us one day prior to the
delivery if they want to make a change - add something different or if they haven't used all of their previous delivery.
Can I still place an internet order?
Yes. It will override your automatic delivery just for that week, our system will then revert back to your automatic delivery pattern either weekly or
fortnightly.
Will I always receive every product I requested on the form?
It is possible that at times a specific product is not available due to seasonal fluctuations, weather conditions, transport problems or even that the
product did not meet our quality standards on the day. Because the form enables you to mark those products you don't mind receiving, we can include a
substitute product from your selections.
