temperature can be taken out of product and a consistent temperature
maintained the longer the product can keep it's quality and improve
the chances of obtaining premium prices. The detailed tracking

important procedure has not been met by the Agent / Transport
Company / Retailer / Exporter or any other third party. This
information has saved an enormous amount of claims normally worn by
the grower as it has been difficult in the past to prove where the
problem occurred.
